Huge Amount of Data Missing!? HELP

I was previously on the Legacy Business Plan up until March, but my payment didn’t go through, and my account was downgraded to the Free Plan. As soon as I realized the issue, I updated my payment information immediately.

However, I’m now unable to return to the Legacy Business Plan, it only allowed to get on the new Business Plan, and it’s causing major problems across all of my apps. I’m seeing the error:

“This team has reached its row limit”

And more concerning, thousands of rows have disappeared — most of the entries made over the past few months are no longer visible.

These apps were built a long time ago, and I’ve invested a huge amount of time into them. This situation is critical for me.

Can someone please help ASAP to recover my data and resolve this issue?
