my app has reached the line limit, even on the new plan. I was working with an analysis of 4 thousand lines and now I only have access to 500 lines. When the attack occurred, my account returned to the legacy free version, but with support on the forum it returned to normal. Today the line limit message appeared again and I lost access to my extremely important data from a selection process.
Can anyone on the team help me by reestablishing the account?

This isn’t a systemwide issue. Some Teams were migrated and need a quota reset. If your team is one of those, DM me to share more details about it.
