I have a classic app and was told I would be grandfathered into a business plan for being a long time paid user. I’m using 6500 rows currently and it’s telling me I’m over the row limit.
If I look into my billing info it seems as if I’m just a free user.
Ok, I finally figured out how to pay. Needed to go to the team area > billing > then pay the invoice on file. It was a bit strange as my card did not fail, it had the same card on file as I used to pay, but I had to manually pay the invoice that was outstanding.
Now that I’ve paid though I’m still seeing myself on the legacy free plan.
Updated this with billing, but never received a response from my last request. I’ve submitted an additional support ticket to billing to update them with this new info.
I just upgrade from Free to Maker. Certain users cannot access the app, but others can. No updates are showing through, but I can see the updates on the data tables.
I had an outstanding past due invoice from December for 29$ when it upgraded me to Business. Is this why it is not working?
Hi, Ryan! After looking over your account details, it looks like you canceled your Legacy Business subscription, which was a complimentary upgrade from a legacy app-based subscription. You then purchased the Maker plan, which has different sets of features than the Legacy Business plan, which is no longer offered to new customers.
If you would like to restore your complimentary upgrade, please open a billing inquiry with our Support team.
On our new plans, which you can read more about on our Pricing Page, changing data in Glide Tables or Big Tables does not consume updates. You can read more about how updates are used in our Glide Docs.
Okay interesting, thanks for that information. I never cancelled my plan…Also looked back in my emails and didn’t receive any emails saying my payment hadn’t gone through or that a renewal was coming up. Haha, funny enough the only email I found was one responding to the business upgrade notice in october saying I was going to continue using the service for quite some time. Today I paid the open invoice on my account which seems like it forced me into the maker plan? I’m not sure.
Would love to get it all up and running again with the complimentary upgrade. I sent an email to billing with all this information, and will wait for them to respond tomorrow. I appreciate you providing updates.
Hi DJP. Thank you for the support. I just opened a Billing Inquiry to return to my complimentary upgrade to Business Plan. Will this fall under the $249/mo cost despite it being ‘Complimentary’?
Separately - I am still receiving ‘Row Limit’ errors codes. I do not understand why, if you are able to help root cause. I thought upgrading to Maker would remove that error.
The complimentary upgrade to the Business plan means that you will pay about the same amount as you did with your legacy plan
Can you please open a new thread about the row limit issues with more information? I do not see a reason why you would be seeing that, so I will need more information
