How to dedicate work to dedicated person

Hello Everyone,
I create a task and project app for my company in that app i add different department like HR,Sales,Project and etc. So in HR department we add Leave Request and event but they are showing me in Sales And project department also so how to i lock them??

And also if i add some work in project department and dedicate to someone only that person can see that not everyone in company so how to do that also,
Please help me in this out,

If the tasks are not particularly private, it seems you could use visibility conditions to hide the tasks and the Leave Request component.
