We have an application built on the Maker platform.
One of our users has a Hotmail email account and it appears that the her email address is being blocked when she tries to install the application for the first time.
Is this a known issue with Maker plans and Hotmail?
Is there a published list of domains that are whitelisted for Maker plans?

You can use this validator as well to check if the email qualifies.
I checked earlier and Hotmail as well as Outlook both qualified as personal email addresses. Microsoft has gone through a few different email domains since the early Hotmail days, so I don’t know if I should be checking any other domains, but either one of those would be most likely.
@Michael_Stephenson can you confirm the domain of the email? Is it @hotmail.com?
yes it is Hotmail.
The same user tried with a Gmail account today and is still having issues so it must be something other than the email domain that is the proplem.

Which browser are they using? Have they tried a different browser or a different device?
Apparently it was related to some setting on their phone- they got it sorted out with the help from another user on site who worked out the issue.
