Data loss and user profile doesn't link

Hello all,

my app crashed somehow during the last 24 h. User data lost and user profile cannot access the users data table.
Was there an update or something? Thanks god, that we are not live so far…

Here’s the standard way to submit a support ticket: Can you tell me what you mean by “crashed” here? What data is lost? What type of backend are you using?

Hard reset of user profile possible?

You are trying to configure the users profile configuration. That is not the configuration for the screen. Try editing the the components in the lower left panel. Add additional components to display additional info or to change how the title component looks.
