Browser support/Functionality

We are developing a set of apps in an international environment US,CN,FR,DE,CZ,ES,MX,TR. We are facing two types of issues:

a) Different response times within a country based on the type of explorer used. We are using Safari, Explorer, Chrome to Mozila

b) MS based PCs tend to be turned off quite frequently (daily in some cases). This forces users to request sign in pins daily

Do you guys have any advice how to handle these issues?

Do you have the below setting enabled?

As long as users are not rejecting the authentication cookie, they should remain signed in.
