Hi everyone!
My app stopped loading under my custom domain — I keep getting the error: “Could not load network resources.”
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
- Unpublished and republished the app
- Removed and reconnected the custom domain
Nothing seems to work.
Any idea how to fix this? I’d really appreciate the help!
Hi Marcel its Saturday 23:19 UK Time and my app (custom domain has been down for over 3 hours.
Have you applied the provided fix?
Dear all, I hope you are all well. Look, I am experiencing a small problem within GlideApps. I have had my custom domain configured for several months in GlideApps, but suddenly it stopped working, and when I enter my app or the URL it appears as “Not Found.”
And I see that it does not appear to me, despite configuring it again
Please check the latest solution posted here by Marcel.
Yes to no avail. App is still down.
Yes to no avail. Thank you.
Tried this IP waited over 12 hours and still app not loading
Still no love on the glideapp side. It is not resolving to the new IP. That is in the backend of glide not the domain DNS as terminal says its working now.
Please Advise @Marcel_at_Glide
still not woking sup?
@Pete_Lippincott, @Crazee_Jai - If you’ve followed the steps provided here, waited at least an hour and your app still doesn’t resolve, open the app in the Builder and create a support ticket? We’ll look into the specifics. That said, most likely, the app’s DNS settings weren’t set correctly.
I have had the isssue but found the new IP Addresses work (though uptime is very slow)
- Reset your service provider DNS records
- Copy the A record IP Address from your app config & Paste into your Domain service provider “NEW A record.”
- Copy the txt id from your app config and padte into your domain providers NEW TXT RECORD
- VERIFY details in your app
- Ensure it checks bothe the A and TXT Records -Ensure it signs off with the “DONE” checkout.
hope this helps (i found out that if you do not reset your DNS RECORDS FIRST you will not get through the process
