The custom domain I had configured suddenly became inaccessible today

We are currently operating a website that provides services to our customers through Glideapps. However, upon arriving at the office today, we discovered that our domain (“https://klivewh.com”) is no longer accessible. After conducting some research, it appears that port SSL (443) is being reported as closed. Could someone please help us understand why the domain is currently inaccessible?
