I state that this is the first time I am using Zapier and I don’t know if this is my problem or a Bug.
I set up a Zap to send an email from the App to my user; in the list of values that I pass to the Zap some fields represent the current record of the table, while others are taken from the user profile.
The problem is that the values taken from the user profile arrive blank in the mail.
Can someone help me?
I have seen 2 same posts about this in the last week, not sure if something’s off.
Can you try using additional template columns to bring over to your current sheet the user profiles values, then use those template columns instead?
