I am using a custom domain for an app “appname.com”. “appname.com” does work, “www.appname.com” doesn’t work. I have this CNAME record set up:

I use Squarespace for hosting the domain. Any thoughts?

You won’t be able to setup two domain/subdomain for an app in Glide. What I would recommend you is to create a redirection from www to your settled domain in Glide instead.
That way, Squarespace is taking care of the redirection as well as the TLS for www.
Thanks — I tried setting up that redirect in Squarespace (see the first photo)… is there something I should change?
A CNAME is not a redirection. Use the “Domain Redirection” feature.
