White screen at start or by edit rows

Last week, on Iphone, we were not able to launch the application. We just got a white screen. Today, Apps start, display the rows. By selecting a row (to edit), we get white screen. Could you please help me solving this issue. Thanks in advance for your support

As example It not work on Iphone 6 PLUS with 12.5.4
It’s work on Phone 6 S with 14.8

Just update the Iphone 6 PLUS to latest 12.5.5 and still white screen by editing a row
