Does anybody knows if I upgrade to pro and I use the “Allowed Email List” feature do I have to pay extra for each user?? if the answer is yes, how much would it be?

You can use “Allowed Email List” on Private Basic, or Private Pro. This is referred to as “Limit access by email” on the pricing page.
