That looks like a Legacy V3 Free plan. Updates will be counted against external data sources. eg. Google Sheets.
More information:
i am not using google sheets or any thrid party sources only glide table in the app editor. i have never bought glide or any of its plans ever. So shoudl i transfer ownership of my apps and create a new glide account with a diffrent email to not get shown all the updates and limits? i am just confused cause it says the free plan doesnt apply for updates. (btw, idk how you manage this community @Darren_Murphy - your like the HR flash

I’d recommend creating a new free plan, and then transfer your Apps.
