User limit reached

I am a legacy business plan customer and have reached the maximum number of private users. What alternative can I do to free up access to my user? Are there any additional users for the legacy plan?

Since you mentioned Private users, your must be on a Business 2023 plan, or something older? There is an option to enable unlimited updates, but I don’t think there is an option to enable unlimited users at per user pricing. You would probably have to switch plans for that or contact Sales if you need a lot more under an Enterprise plan.

However, the user counts always reset at the end of your monthly cycle. So depending on when your cycle ends, you may be able to wait it out.

From what I’ve seen, there’s no way to increase it. I had to make one of my apps public to free up more space for the private ones.

Unfortunately, these new plans with severe changes to the user policy can’t meet my needs due to the high cost.

70 extra users * $6 = $420
(Almost double the current cost)
