I have created a draft app with multiple columns. However, when I publish the app only three columns appear and yet all columns are needed. What is the reason?

What do you mean only 3 columns appear? How are you viewing them?

The GlideTable powering the app has 9 columns as shown below. Most of these are computed columns which need to be displayed to the user in order to be useful to the user. However, only the first three columns display on the published app as shown in the second image.

The Data Grid component gives you three columns by default. You can add more.
