User Agreement Issue - URGENT

I am trying to remove the terms and condition checkbox on my web app, but it seems that I cannot do it as the screen shows this message: “This is a legacy account that cannot upgrade to use this feature. Please migrate to a team plan glide.”

  1. How do I resolve this issue and successfully edit the page and remove the terms and condition checkbox?
  2. What does the team plan mean?
  3. Do I have to upgrade my account in order to edit the page and remove the terms and condition checkbox?

I would agree that there should be an option for legacy accounts to remove legacy paid features that they don’t need anymore @DJP.

thanks. So as of now, what can I do to edit the sign-in page and remove the terms and conditions check box on my glide app? If I need to upgrade to a different plan for that, which new plan is that? I am using the pro plan right now.

This is a bug, so please open a Support ticket. The Support team will be able to help you disable the user agreement option for your app.

Please get support from within Glide while the app is open by selecting the “?” button at the bottom right. That will bring you to a support page, which currently has an “Open Support Ticket” link.
