Usage report marking Public Users as Private Users

Description

  • My app that is set to public and has users signing in with personal email addresses is tracking those users as Private Users, not Public Users. We’re just rolling out our app right now and don’t want to run into Private User limitations since we built the app around it being public / Public Users.

How to replicate

Users are considered private if they have Roles – do they have Roles?

I am using Roles as a way to share Row Owner access for a specific table.

I didn’t realize that would mark users as Private.
