Usage cap - App saying usage limit has been reached but has not

hi hello, my app is saying it’s reached it limit (again) but it doesn’t look like it has this time.

Is it a bug? Not sure what’s going on. Needing help as I need the app to be funcitoning in less than a hour. Please and thank you. And the upgrade jump substantially. I wrote awhile ago about nonprofit usage and I was told that there would be packages in January. Can someone help me with this too?

As an additional note, I’m not sure when the billing cycle ends or begins. That would maybe be helpful in determining how we use the app to make usage even less.

Thanks!

You have reached the limit for Private Users - 3/3
If you don’t intend for your App to be private, you should check your privacy settings.

The new Maker plan is intended to cater for non-profits.

Thanks for the info Darren - the plan I have now has 1000 updates per cycle. But to upgrade it that usage cap will go down to 500? Is that correct?

The update quotas are lower on the new plans, but this is offset by the fact that less things are counted as updates.

Essentially, the only things that use updates are:

  • Changes to external data sources
  • Changes made via the Glide API
  • Most Integrations

This is all explained in detail below:
