Urgent: Airtable not syncing - error 1035

Description

  • Trying to manually sync Airtable - has been working fine until today. the grey arrow spins around for a bit and then an error message pops up
  • I’ve tried following the instructions here: How to reconnect your Airtable base | Glide Help Center but get stuck at step 3 of option 1. In Safari, when I click on the plus button and select Airtable nothing happens at all. In Chrome, when I click on the plus button and select Airtable a payment page opens telling me to try the business plan.
  • I’m on the “legacy free” plan

How to replicate

  • Try and manually sync Airtable data in the data tab.

Have you tried Option 2 on the linked page?

As I said, when I click on the plus sign and then Airtable, nothing happens in Safari or I get sent to a payment page in Chrome. I can’t do anything

As noted in the other thread, seems your issue is you’re on a Legacy Free plan.
