Airtable sync not working: Error 1035

App is not updating with data from Airtable data source.

When I try manual syncing from data tab, error message shows:

‘Glide could not reload the sheet
Make sure the sheet exists and has not been moved to a different location that causes the Glide login email account to not be able to access the sheet.
Error: 1035’

Initially became an issue at 3pm (AEST). Or 1.5h ago.

How to replicate

  • Go to app
  • Data tab
  • Reload (Airtable) tables
  • Error message appears
    Noted that checked data and there are indeed records that have not synced to Glide.

Yep I’m having the same issue – I tried reconnecting my Airtable connection but didn’t work :confused:

I had checked the status report originally and there had been no incident report, so looks like there is a response - thanks.

Still experiencing the issue, will try again in the morning.
