Urgent! Access Notification HELP

Hello, everyone! I am facing an issue with my app. Even though it is a public app, I am receiving a notification on the login screen that the email entered does not have access to the app. Has anyone encountered this before or know how to resolve it? I would appreciate any help!

If you’re on Free, Explorer or Maker, your app can only host personal users.

In Glide Apps, “personal users” are defined as users who log in using personal email domains (like Gmail, Yahoo) or educational domains. This means if someone tries to access your app with a business or corporate email (like @company.com), they won’t be considered a personal user and may be blocked on Free, Explorer, or Maker plans.
