Can't access PUBLIC APP?

Hello there, would be so grateful for your help – we need to urgently publish an app today for an event happening tomorrow but we are coming across a really frustrating issue.

Even though we’ve set the app to fully public, I’m getting continuous feedback that they can’t access the app – how do I fix this please?

  • What specific problem are they running into?
  • Which plan are you on?
  • Are they trying to sign in with personal or business email addresses?
  1. “This email address doesn’t have access to this app. Please try another.”
  2. Maker
  3. Trying both personal and business – but can’t seem to understand the pattern, some business ones work, some don’t. Most personal ones do, but then when you try to sign in again, same error from #1 appears.
