I just upgraded from free account to Explorer. I paid online and have the confirmation email and receipt, but Glide UI still shows that I am using the Free level and I am not able to take the next step in building my app.

Can you try clearing the Glide builder’s cache to see if it helps?
Google Chrome
- Go to the website you want to clear the cache for.
- Click the padlock icon next to the URL in the address bar.
- Select “Site settings.”
- In the new tab, click “Clear data” under the “Usage” section.
- Refresh the page.
Alternatively, you can use Chrome’s built-in tools:
Mozilla Firefox
- Go to the website you want to clear the cache for.
- Click the padlock icon next to the URL in the address bar.
- Click “Clear Cookies and Site Data.”
- Confirm and refresh the page.
Or, for more control:
Microsoft Edge
- Go to the website you want to clear the cache for.
- Press F12 (or Ctrl+Shift+I) to open Developer Tools.
- Go to the “Application” tab.
- Under “Storage,” click “Clear site data.”
- Refresh the page.

Safari (Mac)
- With Safari open, go to “Safari” > “Settings” (or “Preferences”).
- Click the “Privacy” tab.
- Click “Manage Website Data.”
- Search for the website, select it, and click “Remove.”
