Unauthorised user

Hi! I need help please…
I wanted to add two new users to my application, but they still have the message indicating that they do not have access… However, their email addresses are registered in the users data.

What can i do ?

Which plan are you on?
Is it a legacy plan or a new plan?
How many users have signed into your app in the past month?
Would you consider the email addresses personal emails, or emails associated with a business?

Can you show a screenshot of your Team Usage details?

Actually free plan… 5/10 users this month

The gmail.com addresses works.
But the business didn’t… just mine works.

Look over the details of each plan on the pricing page.

The Free and Maker plans only allow for personal users.

You can verify if an email is considered personal or not with the validator tool.

yes but it’s just for testing for my colleague how it work and giving them the envy to step up

so it mean only their personal gmail account work for the test ?

Intention doesn’t change the conditions of the plan. The Free plan only allows for users with personal email addresses. They can still test it, but they just have to use a personal email address.
