I was surprised that the application was not available on my personal account and it was never deleted
Were you on a paid plan? What folder did it disappear from? Screenshots may help.
Could you try signing in to all of your Glide accounts? You might be looking in the wrong account.
No, I was not on the paid plan, the main folder.
Have you tried logging in to all emails possible? Usually when we see threads like this, it turns out the user might have logged into a wrong account.
The rows limit thing, as far as I understand, might not play a role in this.
