Template purchase not working

I’m trying to purchase this template, but when I click the various purchase buttons I get a preloader before being returned to the previous page. No charge, no template…nothing at all.

I’m not yet on a paid plan…do I need to be on a paid plan to purchase templates? Is there any other reason this may be happening?

Have you created a Glide account yet? From my experience, this process works best when you’re already signed in to Glide before going through the purchase process.
