Unable to complete template store purchase of my app

Hi,
Have a simple template for a while & when I try to purchase via the template store, I’m unable to go through the flow…

Can you help understand if I’m doing anything incorrect please?

You’re trying to purchase your own template that you made?

What happens to stop you from purchasing?

  1. I created another user (U2) & tried to purchase a template created by (U1)
  2. To explain, I’m attaching a sample video of what is happening Video link

I reached out to Glidesupport & the issue is with my Stripe account. Have resubmitted after updating & will check once template is updated as well…
