Team configuration causing weird values and inability to upgrade

Description
Hi, I am trying to upgrade to Maker plan, but two issues:
(1) it wants to charge me $125 for the Maker plan it won’t upgrade me to; I’m not a certified expert or on an Agency plan. It’s currently sitting on Legacy free.
(2) If I try to upgrade to any plan it comes up with an error code: “the upgrade for this team has failed”. It’s not a payment error at my end; I’m using the same credit card details on other teams with no issue and it doesn’t seem to try to charge the card anyway.

The problem persists in an incognito browser and my computer time settings are fine. I’m using Chrome Version 138.0.7204.50 in Windows 11 Education.

Ideally I would just move my apps to a new team and start again but I can’t, because I can’t move apps from a free plan. Help?

Replying again to add images. Did I mention this is an urgent issue? Any idea how I can get the attention of a support person? I can’t access support because it’s not a paid plan BUT I CAN’T PAY

My urgency is gone. Rather than twiddle my thumbs waiting I rebuilt the two apps this affected from scratch in a new team :-/
