Upgrade not started after purchasing

My Team collegue has paid to upgrade from free legacy to Maker plan.
We’ve recived the invoice, but our profile still not upgrading.

Can someone help me?


Is it possible for you to start a chat with support in the bottom right icon of builder environment?

I’ve also made him Admin of the team…to see if it was that…but nothing has changed

I assume you’re on a paid plan on that team.

If you don’t have the chat bubble from your dashboard or the Builder, you need to Opt-in to cookies. This is found in the Settings area of your dashboard. If you opt out of this, you won’t see the Messenger bubble.

The invoice is for Upgrading the team where the app of the screenshot is.
It’s not the first time i upgrade the profile…and it usually simultaneus to the paiment.

So that team is on free right? Do you have any other teams where it’s on a paid plan to try contacting the support team in that one?

This should be the team with the upgrade…so no not have one upgraded

Click your profile icon at the top right of the screen. That’s where the cookie setting is located.

For the bubble chat it should not!

Yes, you should not check, because checking means opting out.
