How do i contact support: Money deducted, plan not upgraded

Hi Fellow Gliders,

I just upgraded one of my team plans from a free plan to a starter plan and the i got the receipt but the team is still on Free plan and the receipt shows that the billing period is from 02 September - 02 October 2022. I had downgraded this plan during September month and therefore should not have been billed for that period.
Besides, the plan is still showing that i am on Free plan.
Who can i contact for this. When i press the support button, i am redirected to the community since i am on a free plan :face_with_raised_eyebrow:
