Problems with account updating to new plan

I’ve paid for the Maker plan and my account is still under free and won’t allow me full access to all the benefits to finish my . Can you please resolve this?

Before tagging the staff, what do you have in the billing section?

I am now experiencing the same problem. My billing section shows my payment history with the payment I just made. Bu the panel on the right hand side still shows Free. When I clicked upgrade for the second time, it shows “you already have a subscription with us. Click Continue to manage it”. With “continue” it takes me back to the main page shown as Free and I am still not able to use the paid features.

Try the chat option.
