Table Component Bug, won't response criteria in Filter Data (unlike Data Grid that will)

Description

  • In Table component, when I apply Filter Data on Options tab, it won’t response like expected. But when switched to Data Grid, it will (with the same criteria in Filter Data). Please help so the Table component behave the same as Data Grid component

  • This when I apply the Filter Data criteria in Data Grid component:

    it will show only 2 provinces (Gorontalo & Sulawesi Utara), as expected.

  • This when I switched to Table component with the exact same criteria (because I am more comfortable with Table instead of Data Grid component):

    It shows more than 2 provinces, which is not right.

  • The AI Agent (Fin) confirmed that this is a bug:

Please help fixing this Table component bug.

Have you submitted this via the bottom right icon in your builder? That’s usually the ideal way since it gets logged directly to the support team (what I meant when I suggest you to submit a ticket here).

Sorry for my late response due to field visit in recent days.
Actually I have tried but never find what you mean.
I have ask the AI Agent (Fin) how to submit a ticket, but it suggest me to ask the community.:sweat_smile:

Find your Glide account settings (top right icon in your team screen), and uncheck this Privacy boolean if you have it on.

I see that I never have that boolean on. Is there anything else I could do to submit a ticket?

What plan are you on at the moment?

currently in Business Plan (2023)..

Have you tried clearing your own browser’s cache, or try another browser?

Last option is just direct emailing support@glideapps.com.
