Submit form from a list inside a form screen

I have this
A form screen
a list inside the form
When I edit an item from the list inside the form screen and hit submit, the values are not added to the table

any help on this ?

Is it a bug ?

What exact “value” are you trying to add here? Do you mean the edits are not shown on the list? Do you have a screen recording?
