Students can't log into glide app, says "reset"

Like the title says, about half my students can’t log into my glide app. When they click on the link, the browser simply responds with plain text saying “reset.” Other students can log in fine. Doesn’t seem to be device-dependent. Students are using chromebook accounts issued by the school district, and I’ve copied and pasted their student emails into my users tab.

Any advice?

I can access that normally. On Macbook, in Vietnam.

Is it an email-login app or a password app? If it’s password, only one person can access it at a time (unless it’s Pro).

Edit: nevermind, just tried after zooming in on your screenshot to see the url. It’s email login, so that’s not the problem.

It’s public with email, and allows google sign-in.
