Glide Cannot Reload Sheet & Cannot Log in to app

I was trying to make some edits to my app today and the oh sheet glide could not reload message came up. I then went into my phone and it logged me out of my app and says that the email address does not have access to the app. This is now happening to my users accounts as well.

I have another account where I am building an app and do not have many rows and the same thing is happening on that account. I thought it was my internet but it is Glide. Can someone please share how to fix this …?
