Hi, hoping I am missing something blaringly obvious here, but how do you stop the menu buttons from going back to the previously selected item instead of the main screen for that button?
As an example, I have a Customers button. If I click it I get a list of customers, I can then select the customer and do what I need to do.
Now I want to click the customers button on the menu again and it take me to the list of customers, instead it takes me back to the previously selected customer and I have to close that screen down.
Am I missing something?
When you say a Customers button, do you mean a Customers Tab?
The behaviour can be a bit different depending on whether you are viewing on desktop or mobile, and exactly how you have things configured.
But just reading between the lines, I’m guessing that you’re viewing on mobile, and switching between tabs. When you navigate in that way, each tab will “remember” where you were. But if you tap the tab button twice, that should return you to the top level.
If that doesn’t help, then a short video that demonstrates the behaviour that you want to change would be useful.
