Hi, I have built an app for home buyers to use during their home buying journey. I want to enable users to access it and install it. The data remains private to them or visible to the users they add to the app.

I have submitted the template to the store, how other ways I share the app and have anyone install it for their personal use.

You can do a wonderful post in the Project Showcase category and show some screenshots and or video tutorial. Sell you product! :grinning_face:

Here are some ideas:

  • Create a simple landing page introducing your app, with a direct install link. Platforms like Carrd might work well for this.
  • Post about your app in relevant Facebook groups, forums, or communities focused on real estate, home buying, or tech.
  • Make a video tutorial showing how to use the app (upload to YouTube, TikTok, or Facebook) and include the install link in the description.
  • Send marketing emails, with clear installation instructions and the app link.
  • Generate a QR code that leads to the install link - print it on flyers or business cards for offline sharing. Make sure you are set on a URL to use for the app before printing the QR.

If I share this link then https://hausee-ca-navigator.glide.page they are joining my app right and I can see there data. Right?

Correct. That is the url for your copy of your app, so you would see data for users that sign into your app. If you want users to make their own copy in Glide, then share the template url and they can make their own copy in their own glide account.

Yeah, I want them to have their own copy, what URL should I use then? Share privately URL?

You said that you submitted the app to the template store. You can share the template store url or the private template url. Whichever one you want.
