Are you sure that you are logged into the correct Google Account? I’d try signing out of Google and sign back in again. Make sure it’s the same Google account that is associated with your Glide account.

Thank you, @Darren_Murphy I had tried signing out and signing back in with the same Google account, but it didn’t work. However, I decided to try signing up again, and now it is working. :joy:

What do you mean by signing up? I’ve encountered the same problem. Also Darren, the google sheets are linked to a different email from the official Glide account’s email. Which one should I be logged into?

I am having this same problem. Somehow glide got disconnected from google and stopped syncing. Now I can’t reconnect to the sheet data source, or create new apps based off a google sheet, or create a glide table app and connect that to a google sheet. Did you get this working? Have you tried logging out and logging back in using google authentication (instead or name/password)?

I have not gotten it working. I am still unable to create new apps with Google sheets or connect existing apps to Google sheets. I have fully logged out of glide and cleared my cookies and cache and re-logged in through Google and nothing worked.

I am having this same issue and reported it over a week ago with support and haven’t gotten a resolution. Things I’ve tried: Cleared Cache Logged out and back into glide and google Switched to Chrome Went into google settings and revoked Glide’s access (which it did have, as this has worked in …
