I’m struggling to determine the best access setup for my needs and could use some guidance.
I have four tables:
Landing Page
Request Table
User Table
Email Table
I want the Landing Page to be publicly accessible. Visitors should be able to contact me via a Contact Form, with the submitted data stored in the Request Table.
Additionally, I need a feature for admins on the Landing Page, visible only to those whose emails I’ve manually added to the Email Table. This feature should allow them to complete their user profile, with the data saved to the User Table.
I’ve tried implementing this but seem to have made some mistakes. Any suggestions?
I’ve tried this approach before and it works. However, I meant that visitors should access my page without signing up. When it comes to admins, I need an option to be only visible for them and those admins’ emails were added already. I thought there is an option like but I guess I will keep it headache-free and make two: Public and Private.
By the way, thank you for sharing the video, very informative.
Absolutely, it’s all sorted! I built two apps, one public and one private. It took some extra effort since a few big-numbered components failed when it went public so I had to enter them manually for the time being, but what you see now is the final version, with the majors successfully synced to the private app.
I’ve been using Glide since around 2019, and it’s an awesome platform. The downside is it only supports Stripe for payments, which is tough since Stripe isn’t available in Saudi Arabia, making app sales challenging.
Hoping for more payment options in the future. Have a great day, Mazen!
I have the same issue!, but I think u can use Geidea they have a great api doc!, they offer a gateway and direct payment links, and a lot of more stuff like BNPL, reoccurring payments, etc..
