xiaomi in my database is a brand of a smartphone, so when a user/buyer wants to search for a certain product, for example a xiaomi brand smartphone, the product immediately appears when searched in the search menu…

Hi @Mark @david, I’m working on an app template and @Deena gave great feedback about the limitation of the search bar. Apparently, when users type to search products, only the product title, product description and price is searchable from the list. I would like for users to search the product based on other fields (like category, brand, etc.) I tried to create additional text field and populate them to test of the search bar would pick up on the terms but it didn’t work. You might want to do something similar to the demo I use here. Display category/brand. When X clicks on a category. It will show all items under that category. Just copy the app to see if it helps

Master search button on main menu

Hey @Hassan_Nadeem thank you for the screenshots. I believe you are almost there. If you have more than one list you will have to enable search on all of them for it to work. Also it only works with the details of the inline lists or the details of that row (the next page when you click show details on an inline list) Kindly check your other lists to see if show search bar is enabled and fill in the details with your search terms either on the inline list itself or in plain text on the details …
