My app was approaching the row usage limit, so I deleted about 1100 rows from the Google sheet (active sheets that are used in the app). The usage total reduced by ~100 and has not updated further. It’s been about 20 hours. The deleted rows from sheets don’t show up in the glide table, and the row totals on used sheets match the google sheets.
As a cross-check, I duplicated the app, and the copy was generated with the amount of rows that I would expect, given how many I deleted. I also went through and added up glide row counts on each active table, and it corresponds to the expected, lower sum.
Essentially, everything is accurate except for the row total in the Usage tab.
This happened in nov or dec as well, with another app. I ended up switching over to use the duplicated app with the correct row count as I was locked out of the original app. It’s not ideal, because I have to update all my integrations with the new security key + reset urls or circulate new ones.
I’ve got a bunch of new data coming in via users next week, so I really need the row counts to update properly as I clean out unnecessary rows this week.
