Row Usage Exceeded and not syncing?

Our app shows 800+ rows, clearly exceeding the 500. We had an issue in our inventory request portion last week where requests from our team were showing up in the Google Sheet, but not in our pro app.

Is this because of the number of rows?

Can we delete old rows if we no longer need them to resolve this issue, if that is the cause?


If your app is Pro, then your row limit should be 25,000 - not 500. Or are you referring to two separate apps sharing the same data source?

Yes, if you delete unused rows, they’ll no longer be counted.
