Forgive me for posting a really dumb question that I should be able to find the answer for, but I can’t. I recall seeing a post announcing that custom components are reusable and you can move them between apps. But I cannot find that post anymore and I haven’t been able to figure out how to do it. Can someone point me in the right direction. Or confirm that I dreamt that and put me out of my misery…
You can click the Share button here. It will publish the component and you can then copy the link to paste it to another app.

I wanted to add a couple more steps for any other dolts like me. After you share and copy the link, when you go to the other app before you can paste the copied link, you need to add a new, blank custom component to your layout. Then, once you do, you can paste the copied link. However (and others should correct me if I’m wrong) you don’t use the pop up menu you would normally use to paste a component. Instead with the new custom component selected, use the keyboard copy paste shortcut to paste it.
