Can't paste the custom component

  • Can’t paste the custom component

How to replicate

  • I copy the custom component, and there is no option to paste it, even if I try to paste the URL in the Custom Ai component’s input, its creating something new!

and by the way I started trying to add it way before the outage, so it’s not because of the outage

I’ll need to retry my component on my own, maybe something with the sharing from my app itself…

Is this still happening on your end? Does it happen with all types of custom components or just this one?

Can you paste using the keyboard command? I think that’s how I’ve usually pasted a copied component.

Having the same issue. First time trying to paste a custom component. Didn’t work and searched the forum to see if I was maybe doing it wrong and found this post.

All components, I tried multiple components from the Ai library, and a component that I already created in another apps.

I tried that obviously, doesn’t work also.

Curious if others on this thread have tried it and found it works for them. For me the issue is only AI component. Other components paste just fine.

I think you should open a ticket with the support team on this.
