Reopen App for data refresh

Hey there,

We had many users reported that they had to reopen the app for updates.

Any one facing the same ??

And what are the solution to this.

FYI its a pro app

Data updates or design updates?


Is the data populated from data entry in the app, or is the sheet updated from an outside source? I assume you have background refresh turned on? Otherwise, you might have to send that to support. I can see design changes taking awhile to get to the app, but data should be almost instant.

You are right design takes time but data shouldn’t and background refresh is on

Think we’re experiencing something similar. Data updates in Glide’s Data section, but remains unchanged on the Google Sheet. We’ve been experiencing this issue for approximately a week now.
