I have an application that use relation for choice in Form, but recently this function has not worked because it is not submitting to the Google Spreadsheet.
Is there any bug or update? This glide application has already been used and worked perfectly fine before.
Please share some screenshots so your request is clearer

As i remember, relation for choice works only with Air table.
