Public users vs. private users

Hi there!

I’ve got access to a thousand public users for my app. However, sometimes when new users click the link and enter their email, they get the message that my app has reached the full private user limit and it won’t let them in.

But other times new users click the link, enter their email and they get into the app no problem.

Are there two different links, one for public and one for private, or what is going on here?

Do you use Roles for any of your users? Is your app set up as a Public app or a Private app?

Can you show the Usage screen for your team folder?
Can you show the User Profile configuration for your app?
Can you show the Privacy Settings for your app?
