I have a new user trying to make an account who says she is not getting the PIN.
I suggested she check spam, check other inbox folders like ‘promotions’ or ‘other’, make sure it’s the correct email address. She confirms she did all of that several times and still is not receiving a PIN.
The PIN is working under my email address, so I’m not sure what else to do? Is anyone else having this issue, or have any other suggestions?
