PIN emails are not sent on my apps

Description
None of my new users are able to connect on my apps. They are able to put their email addresses but they have never received the email with the PIN number to connect.
Tested on mobile, and desktop. Chrome & Firefox.

Are they using emails from the same domain?

What Glide plan are you on?

No, they are not all using email addresses from the same domain.
There are Outlook pro addresses, and also personal emails.
